Return Policy

We do not accept returns on sealed Pokémon products, including but not limited to booster boxes, booster packs, or sealed collections.

However, if your order arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us at Pokegentstcg@gmail.com, and we will work with you to make it right.


Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made prior to shipment. Approved cancellations are subject to a 6% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing costs incurred at the time of the original transaction.
